Position Title: Procurement Officer
Reports to: Manager, Procurement
2. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Procurement Office supports sourcing, tendering, and purchasing activities across assigned categories, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, timely execution and effective stakeholder support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
Key Accountabilities:
Execute RFQs, RFPs, and tender processes in line with policy.
Prepare bid evaluations, comparison sheets, and award recommendations.
Support contract creation, renewals, and supplier onboarding.
Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify scope and requirements.
Ensure procurement documentation and approvals are complete.
Monitor supplier compliance and performance issues.

Supports procurement activities impacting operational spend.
Ensures value for money through compliant sourcing.
