• Plan, coordinate, and execute production activities for static equipment, process packages, well test & upstream packages, skids, piping, and steel construction. • Supervise fabrication, assembly, and installation processes to ensure timely and quality project delivery. • Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate execution. • Monitor workflow, resource allocation, and manpower productivity for optimal efficiency. • Ensure compliance with company standards, industry codes, and HSE regulations. • Identify and resolve production-related issues, bottlenecks, and delays. • Coordinate with design, quality, procurement, and project teams to meet client requirements. • Prepare production schedules, progress reports, and performance documentation. • Train and guide junior engineers and supervisors in line with project needs. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
