• Plan production schedules based on project requirements • Manage carpenters, machine operators, and general workers • Ensure drawings are properly interpreted and executed • Control quality standards and factory workmanship • Coordinate with procurement and installation teams • Monitor productivity, wastage, and machine utilization • Enforce health & safety regulations • Report production status and issues to management
