Job Brief

The Project Architect (PA) will be team working on developing project(s) design work as directed by the Design Manager. For the mid-term future, the design work is dedicated for the use of the parent company with a possibility to provide the services to third parties if approved by the parent company.

The prospective projects will be mostly of residential type with some mixed-use projects and are located in attractive areas in Abu Dhabi. The PA shall be required to demonstrate technical skills, team-management and collaborative competencies and the ability to work on short deadlines.


Primary Duties:

Administrative Tasks

  • Participate in meetings with management
  • Lead team meetings – if any – and prepare scope of works and deliverables plans
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met and work progressing as requested
  • Support in the preparation of project reports

Design & Engineering Tasks

  • Participate in concept designs and design reports as requested
  • Meeting tasks milestone stages and files submittals as per the schedule set by the Design Manager
  • Follow general directives for the design activities
  • Prepare and draft architectural and ID drawings of several types, detail levels and complexity as

requested

  • Prepare and participate in different design files and stages to presented to clients and investors as
  • requested
  • Prepare architectural and ID perspectives, renderings of several types, detail levels and complexity

as requested

  • Participate in the production of visualization, and other marketing material be it: Models, Renders,

3D Animations, brochures, etc.

  • Participate in setting design parameters and support in value engineering exercises as requested

Attending design and supervision meetings as requested

  • Participate in the preparation of the design files for all projects as requested
  • Participate in design team coordination work including work by sub-consultants and other service

providers as requested

  • Participate in the production and issuance of design files related to authorities’ approvals or

tenders issuance or Good for Execution on site.


Supervision Tasks

  • Follow up on Construction Activity on site
  • Interface with site supervision team and provide replies and feedback to the queries
  • Attend site coordination meetings and respond to contractors queries and requests
  • Coordinate with site supervision team to make sure work execution and supervision is meeting

planned design requirements.
