candidates must have minimum 4 - 6 yrs. experience in fit out / Joinery site execution in UAE.

. To visit the assigned projects regularly and monitor the work progress

. Should have bachelor's in civil engineering

· To ensure that the project work completion program is strictly implemented

· To meet consultants/contractors and discuss the site progress

. Report to the Project Manager about the site progress, sub-contractor status and Manpower schedule daily basis.

· To prepare progress report of the assigned site and submit to the management on daily basis

· To discuss the shop drawings with the consultants and contractors, take approvals and ensure that the works are done at the site strictly as per the approved drawings

· To monitor the performance of the team working at assigned sites

· To ensure that the materials at site are stored properly protecting them from possible damages

· To ensure that the remaining materials at site are sent back to the company store

. To ensure timely submission of progress invoices / payment certificate / collection.
