• Take full ownership of assigned project segments, ensuring adherence to program timelines. • Develop and implement recovery and acceleration plans to maintain progress within budget constraints. • Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including subcontractors and MEP teams, to ensure seamless workflow integration and prevent delays. • Drive waste reduction across labor, materials, equipment, and processes, with a strong focus on eliminating rework through first-time quality. • Enforce strict compliance with company safety standards, maintaining zero tolerance for unsafe practices, and conduct regular safety training for supervisors and workers. • Lead daily morning meetings with supervisory teams and workers to communicate daily objectives and weekly look-ahead plans. • Provide supervisors with clear visibility of the overall project schedule and ensure timely availability of manpower, equipment, and materials. • Optimize workforce productivity through strategic allocation aligned with project priorities. • Identify and declare surplus resources for effective resource levelling and balancing. • Build strong relationships with consultants and collaborate with the QC team for timely work completion and approvals. • Maintain accurate records of daily progress, reconcile with planning teams, and take proactive measures to avoid delays.
