Verify project profitability and identify contract risk points during the early stages of the project, implementing appropriate risk warnings.
Organize and lead project kick-off meetings for large-scale projects, clearly defining responsibilities for all stakeholders.
Collaborate with CSC HQ to develop comprehensive project and implementation plans, managing the entire lifecycle of international trade projects, including drawing confirmation, production ordering, progress tracking, acceptance, shipment, installation, and commissioning from contract signing to delivery and operation.
Analyse and summarize recurring or critical issues in the product delivery process, organize regular project communication meetings, and provide feedback to relevant departments while tracking resolution outcomes.
Coordinate with customers to prepare, communicate, and implement project schedules, including weekly and monthly work arrangements, and report progress to relevant HQ departments.
Oversee and resolve issues arising during project implementation, ensuring cost monitoring and control throughout the process.
Create and maintain payment collection plans, ensuring timely communication with customers and/or the sales department at key milestones.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
