We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of construction, fit-out, and operational setup projects. This role requires full ownership—from planning and budgeting to execution and final handover.

The ideal candidate is not just a coordinator, but a decision-maker who can drive timelines, manage stakeholders, and ensure seamless integration between engineering, procurement, operations, and contractors.

• Lead full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and handover

• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans

• Coordinate across all departments: engineering, procurement, finance, operations, and external contractors

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, authority approvals, and safety standards

• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to quality and specifications

• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies

• Manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure performance and accountability

• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide clear reporting to management

• Oversee procurement alignment with project timelines (materials, equipment, services)

• Ensure smooth project handover with full documentation and operational readiness
