Role Overview: Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction management under a PM/CM contract. Oversee contractor performance, ensure compliance with client requirements, and drive project milestones to achieve schedule, cost, and quality objectives. • Education & Certifications: o Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture o PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred. • Experience: o 10–15 years in consultancy or client-side PM/CM roles. o Proven track record managing mid- to large-scale projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure) in Kuwait or GCC. o Experience negotiating with subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. • Technical Skills: o Expertise in cost estimation, value engineering, change management, and FIDIC based contract administration. o Strong understanding of local regulations (MPW, KFD, MEW) and quality/safety standards. • Leadership & Soft Skills: o Strategic decision making, risk identification, and mitigation planning. o Excellent communication for stakeholder engagement (clients, consultants, authorities). o Ability to mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team culture.
