Purpose of this position is to Manage the Projects Life Cycle including Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and closing with high concentration to Cost, and quality management
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Activity and resource planning: Understand the scope clearly determine the available resources, set time estimates and evaluate. Ensure all the activities are delivered on time
- Managing the Projects Life Cycle including Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and closing with high concentration to Cost, and quality management;
- Organizing and motivating the team: Clear, straightforward plans that is clear for the team and hence steer the team down a clear path
- Time management: Meeting deadlines are non-negotiable. Set realistic deadlines and communicate consistently. This requires clear definition of the activity, sequence those activities, accurate estimates, develop the schedule and maintain the schedule diligently
- Customer satisfaction: Minimize uncertainty, avoid unwanted surprises and involve the customer as much as reasonable possible, maintain an effective communication and keep all the stakeholders up-to-date
- Analyzing and managing risk: Meticulously identify and evaluate potential risks before and during the activity.
- Monitor progress: Once the vision and plan is clear, monitor and analyze the outcomes and team performance and efficiently take corrective measure
- Managing reports and necessary documentation: Develop weekly reports and monthly reports that have to be comprehensive including what was done, who was involved and what could be done better in the future.
