- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct interviews with buyers to understand their property preferences.
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings for potential buyers.
- Provide guidance to sellers on improving the appeal of their properties.
- Accompany buyers during property tours and inspections, offering advice on the suitability and value of the homes.
- Advise clients on market trends, property prices, mortgage options, and legal requirements.
- Organize title searches to ensure clear property ownership for clients.
- Ensure compliance with all property listing documentation as per Dubai's Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) standards.
- Facilitate property closings, including document signing and fund distribution.
- Monitor contract terms to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Contact property owners to promote and secure property sales listings.
- Prepare necessary documents such as listing forms, Form A, passport copies, and title deeds.
- Stay updated on UAE real estate laws, financing options, and market trends.
- Represent the company with professionalism at all times.
