About the Role:

As an Off-Plan Property Specialist with Dash Capital, you will guide clients through purchasing properties in development stages, utilizing our proprietary data insights and market expertise. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with prospective investors to understand their objectives and match them with relevant off-plan properties.

• Market Analysis & Insight: Provide clients with data-backed insights on Dubai’s off-plan market, backed by Dash Capital’s advanced analytics and trend forecasting.

• Project Showcasing: Conduct virtual and in-person presentations of upcoming projects, highlighting key benefits, timelines, and investment potential.

• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and industry stakeholders to stay informed of exclusive off-plan opportunities.

• Negotiation & Documentation: Guide clients through offer negotiations, facilitate reservation agreements, and ensure accurate, compliant documentation.
