Role Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-driven, bilingual Proposal Coordinator to manage government tender tracking, support bid content localization, and ensure high-quality submissions in a fast-paced consultancy environment. This role sits at the intersection of opportunity tracking, business translation, and proposal presentation—playing a key part in enabling effective responses to RFPs, particularly within Saudi government platforms like Etimad.
The ideal candidate has strong written Arabic and English skills, a sharp eye for formatting, and the ability to coordinate inputs across teams under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform & Opportunity Management
• Monitor Etimad and other relevant procurement platforms daily for new tender opportunities
• Tag and categorize RFPs based on relevance, and promptly notify internal teams
• Maintain a bid calendar that tracks deadlines, submission schedules, and ownership
Translation & Localization
• Translate proposals and technical documents from English to Arabic and vice versa at a professional level
• Ensure accuracy, tone, and alignment with tender specifications and formal language standards
Quality Assurance & Visual Formatting
• Review and polish proposal layout, ensuring consistency, readability, and visual quality
• Align submission packages with brand, compliance, and client-specific formatting requirements
Process Improvement & Automation Enablement
• Support automation efforts such as centralized RFP repositories, tracking dashboards, and reporting templates
• Assist in documenting and refining proposal workflows and processes
Qualifications & Skill Set:
• 3–5 years’ experience in proposal coordination, business translation, content management, or bid writing, ideally within consulting, ICT, or public sector environments
• Advanced fluency in Arabic and English, with proven experience translating formal business or government content
• Strong project coordination and time management skills; calm under pressure and deadline-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, or proposal software is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, especially in document formatting and layout refinement
• Optional: Experience using Etimad or other KSA government procurement platforms
• Optional: Understanding of Saudi public procurement standards, document structures, and terminology
Preferred Profile:
• Experience in a consulting, professional services, or government advisory environment
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and work with remote or cross-cultural teams
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organized—comfortable juggling multiple tasks with minimal supervision
