Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in welding equipment & accessories, industrial equipment, tools, and hardware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and providing technical expertise to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell a wide range of products including welding machines, cutting tools, power tools, hand tools, industrial hardware, and safety accessories.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, site visits, and networking.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including demonstrations, troubleshooting, and training.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals effectively.
  • Track sales performance, report on key metrics, and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and stay updated with market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal departments like procurement, logistics, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in welding equipment, industrial tools, or hardware.
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes, cutting techniques, industrial tools, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical certifications related to welding or industrial equipment.
  • Existing client network in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, or oil & gas industries.
  • Familiarity with brands such as Lincoln Electric, ESAB, Miller, Makita, Bosch, etc.
