Develop, implement, and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for aluminium and glass works.

Conduct rigorous factory inspections of fabricated elements (curtain walls, windows, doors) against approved shop drawings before dispatch.

Perform site inspections during and after installation, ensuring compliance with project specifications and consultant requirements.

Prepare and submit Method Statements, Material Submittals, and QA/QC reports.

Manage third-party testing (e.g., water/air infiltration tests) and coordinate with consultant inspectors for WIR approvals.

Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective/preventive actions.
