We are seeking an experienced and dedicated QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for a water transmission pipeline project in Jeddah and Abha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipeline construction projects, with prior experience on SWCC or ARAMCO standards highly desirable.

• Develop, implement, and manage project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection/test plans (ITPs).
• Supervise and lead QA/QC teams across project sites (Jeddah & Abha) to ensure adherence to project specifications and client requirements.
• Ensure that all materials, workmanship, and procedures comply with applicable codes, standards, and project documentation.
• Liaise with SWCC or ARAMCO quality representatives and attend inspections/audits as required.
• Review and approve quality documentation including method statements, inspection reports, material submittals, welding procedures, and testing plans.
• Monitor and report on non-conformances and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
• Conduct quality audits and provide training to site staff on quality assurance processes.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records and compile quality reports for submission to the client.
