- Coordinating with clients for QC issues and coordinate with third party inspection agencies foroffering the stages as per Inspection Testing Plan (ITP).
- Conducting inspection of Raw materials and review of MTC and the specificationrequirements.
- Perform Pre-Shipment Inspections (PSIs) and Source Inspections (SI) at different fabricatorsfor various products being manufactured for the contractor.
- Administered the various aspects of the welding process and helped in maintaining a qualitycontrol on the procedure.
- Interpret welding query compliance with ASME, ANSI & AWS Codes / SpecificationIdentify and report areas of non-conformance.
- Prepared material shipment release reports, detailed reports of the inspection process.
- Prepared Quality Dossiers and handled Test Packages.
