Manage the audit schedule, from planning to reporting, including the preparation of audit plans, checklists, and final reports with actionable findings.
Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement within the organization's processes, collaborating with process owners to implement corrective actions.
Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, processes, and audit requirements to foster a culture of quality awareness.
Analyze data from audits, inspections, and customer feedback to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement and optimize organizational performance.
Liaise with external auditors during certification and surveillance audits, managing the audit process and ensuring a smooth and successful outcome.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, providing regular updates to management on the effectiveness of the QMS.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints, non-conformances, and incidents, ensuring timely and effective corrective and preventive actions.
Stay current with industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to quality management and lead auditing, and proactively implement changes.
