Key Responsibilities:
Access to the systems in the authority to produce information about the performance of the drivers, including fines, violations, accidents, and traffic violations.
Analyze the performance of occupational drivers such as: bus, taxi and limousine drivers according to policies and practices and identify drivers with poor performance.
Share reports of the performance to the relevant departments, franchise companies and the training institutes.
Cooperating with all relevant parties to implement corrective actions related to the efficiency of trainers.
Inspect the training institutes to ensure that they follow the policy of the Authority and report any violations that are reported periodically.
Implement such tools and techniques to ensure that quality and performance management practices & improve results.
Obtaining the identifier of the data and analysis of the data related to the transport sector. 26
Ensure that corrective actions are implemented by relevant departments, institutes, franchise companies, outsourcing companies to improve the performance and quality of drivers.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures for drivers training and licensing programs.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of training facilities, materials, and instructors to ensure compliance with departmental standards.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or non-compliance issues identified during audits or inspections.
Collaborate with departmental staff to provide feedback and recommendations for improvement in the delivery of training programs.
Review and analyze data related to drivers training and licensing to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Serve as a point of contact for licensing institutes and handle any quality-related inquiries or complaints.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality assurance activities and outcomes.
Report regularly to departmental management on the status of quality assurance initiatives and outcomes.
Conduct regular surveys with drivers training participants and licensing applicants to gather feedback on their experiences and satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. quality assurance, public administration).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a government or regulatory environment
Knowledge of drivers training and licensing regulations and standards
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 27
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
