Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Working Hours: 6 days, 8am - 6pm including 1 hour break

Salary: 2000 AED to 2100 AED

Our client is a technically sophisticated manufacturer of various products, based in Sharjah. They cater to large OEMs in the construction, marine, oilfield and other manufacturing sectors for all their rubber requirements.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for with the aspects of quality control within the organization. This will include monitoring quality control procedures, conducting inspections and tests, analyzing data and ensuring compliance with the industry standards & regulations.

Responsibilities

Inspection & Testing

• Conduct periodic inspections of raw materials, in-process components and finished products.
• Perform stipulated tests and analysis to ensure compliance with specifications.

Process Evaluation & Improvement

• Establish and maintain quality standards for products.
• Establish standard operating procedures for sampling, recording and reporting data, to ensure consistency in the quality of products delivered.
• Identify areas of improvement in quality control processes.

Reporting & Control

• Maintaining detailed records of QC activities, test results and inspections.
