Description

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the accurate measurement and cost estimation of construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.

Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of construction materials and methods will be essential in this role. You will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets effectively. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as you will be responsible for managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Conducting cost estimates and preparing budgets for construction projects
