We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs and ensuring that construction projects are financially viable and completed within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessment to optimize project costs and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier bids and proposals.
• Monitor project progress and costs, identifying variations and preparing change orders as necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field; professional certification is preferred.
• 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing costs for construction projects.
• Thorough knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost control procedures.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
