• Measurement & Valuation: Establish and implement a plan for measurement of works, valuation, and timely invoicing to manage cash flow effectively.
• Claims & Variations: Identify all claims, variations, and EOTs; perform impact analysis; ensure invoicing and follow-up for additional revenues, including client approvals.
• Risk Mitigation: Train site management staff on commercial and contractual risks and procedures to minimize exposure.
• Subcontractor Management: Review and approve subcontractor work and payments based on actual work done through valuation and measurement.
• Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of all matters with commercial or contractual implications.
• Contract Compliance: Ensure all works are measured against the contract and invoices are raised and tracked until payment is received.
• Client Communication: Assist site management in drafting responses to client letters and contractual correspondence.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports on PSE, CTC, and P&L; track and report resource productivity against PSE provisions.
• Contract Awareness: Share key contract clauses and project details with site teams, including subcontract agreements, to ensure compliance and awareness.
