The ideal candidate must have strong experience in infrastructure projects and site supervision, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work within budget and schedule constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for infrastructure projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs, material measurements, and cost analysis.
- Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with budgets.
- Prepare interim payment applications, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Conduct site inspections to validate contractor claims and progress reports.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve any commercial issues.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project specifications.
- Support project managers with financial reporting and risk management.
