- Experience & good working knowledge of RCM [Payer and Regulator guidelines] in the UAE
- Education in any healthcare /life science background
- Leadership and customer service skills
- Claims Analysis and presentation skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic [written and spoken]
