- Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and organize company files, property documentation, and contracts.
- Prepare and submit reports and related documents as needed.
- Knowledge and experience with DLD, Trakheesi portal, Developers etc.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate property registration, compliance, and renewal of necessary real estate licenses.
- Manage the CRM system and update property listings, client information, and transaction details regularly.
- Support agents with the preparation of property documents, forms, contracts, and related paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations, contracts, and company policies.
- Keep accurate records of all real estate transactions, ensuring that all documentation is complete, updated, and stored securely.
- Act as the main point of contact for inquiries and concerns related to administrative and real estate matters for office visitors/callers.
