About the Role:
We are seeking motivated, self-driven Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a commission-only environment and are passionate about closing deals in Dubai’s competitive property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate property listings (sales/rentals) and build client relationships.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and market analysis.
- Network with developers, landlords, and buyers/tenants.
- Stay updated on real estate trends in Al Quoz, DIP, and surrounding areas.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
