We provide our brokers with a constant and quality leads, which is done by our marketing department (we have two marketing companies). By the end of 2023 - 2024, leads have given high conversion into transactions.

We work in a comfortable modern office on Bay Square in the center of Dubai. It is possible to provide a parking space and a gym membership. If necessary, we provide a corporate laptop.

What we provide:

Commission: 50/50 on deals from leads, 70/30 on deals from own base

We make visa ID, facilitate broker card processing.

What you will do:

Working with Dubai's popular and modern business class residential properties

• Organization of meeting and showings for clients
• processing of incoming leads, phone / chat negotiations, zoom meetings.
• Supporting clients at all stages
• Monitoring and analysis of the real estate market
• Entering data to the crm-system
• Maintaining clients and business relations
