Al Burraq Real Estate is expanding and looking for motivated Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team in Business Bay, Dubai. This role is perfect for professionals who are passionate about Dubai’s property market and want to earn high commissions with strong company support. We provide company leads, marketing support, and admin assistance so you can focus on closing deals and growing your career.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and property portals
Promote properties across platforms such as
Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle
Conduct property viewings and client meetings
Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
Negotiate property sales and rental agreements
Prepare real estate documentation (Form A, B, F and tenancy contracts)
Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and developer launches
Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
What We Offer
With Monthly Basic Salary AED 2000 – AED 3000 (30%-40% commission)
Without Salary/Commission Based - High Commission Structure of (50% – 70%)
New Market leads and marketing support
Admin and listing support
After closing 1 Deal, company will provide:
Visa sponsorship (as per company policy)
Rera card

Health insurance as per UAE labor law

-Service car for viewings and client meetings (for those agents who doesn't have own car)
