We are a dynamic real estate company located in DIFC, near Trade Center Station, seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, strong sales and negotiation skills, and experience working with both off-plan and secondary market properties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance and market insights.

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.

• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the purchasing or leasing process.

• Stay updated on market trends, real estate laws, and upcoming projects.

• Assist in promotional activities, including property photography and videography for marketing purposes.

• Collaborate with the administrative team to handle necessary documentation and contracts.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property details, and transactions in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate in Dubai.

• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including both off-plan and secondary sales.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• RERA certification is an advantage.

• Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling high-pressure situations.

• Vehicle and valid driving license
