Prospect and generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Manage and maintain an active pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information about listings.
Negotiate offers and finalize agreements between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
Prepare and review necessary documentation such as Form A, Form B, and Form I.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
Advertise and promote listings on property portals and social media in compliance with DLD advertising rules.
Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with the admin team for contracts, marketing permits, and Ejari processing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Work Environment
Fast‑paced, target‑driven real estate office.
Requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends when needed.
