1. Lead Generation & Prospecting • Actively seek out new clients through calls, networking, referrals, walk-ins, and property inquiries. • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-up. • Identify client needs, preferences, and budget to match them with suitable properties. 2. Property Listings & Market Knowledge • Stay updated with Dubai’s real estate market trends, prices, and community developments. • Coordinate with landlords and developers to secure property listings. • Conduct property visits, take high-quality photos/videos, and ensure listings are accurate and updated on all platforms. 3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management • Conduct property viewings professionally and confidently. • Explain property features, payment plans, community advantages, and investment returns. • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals. 4. Sales & Negotiations • Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. • Ensure smooth closing of deals by coordinating with all parties involved (owners, developers, mortgage advisors, admins, etc.). • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets. 5. Documentation & Compliance • Prepare and review necessary documents such as Form A, Form B, and Form F. • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and company policies. • Maintain organized records and update CRM systems accurately.
