1. Listing Compliance & Management
- Permission Acquisition: Contact property owners and listing agents to obtain formal consent and required documentation for advertising.
- Permit Processing: Manage the full cycle of securing advertising permits and approvals from relevant Abu Dhabi authorities.
- Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all property listings and marketing campaigns strictly comply with DMT regulations and legal standards.
- Data Preparation: Collect, organize, and verify listing details, photographs, and legal documents for marketing use.
2. Paid Social Media & Digital Advertising
- Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage targeted lead generation campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Budget Monitoring: Track daily ad spend to optimize return on investment (ROI) and maintain a low cost per lead (CPL).
- Performance Optimization: Continuously test and refine ad visuals, copy, and audience targeting to improve campaign outcomes.
- Reporting: Monitor and report key campaign metrics, including lead volume, cost efficiency, and overall performance, to the management team.
