Key Responsibilities
Lead high-value property sales across Dubai premium neighbourhoods.
Engage directly with qualified buyers through calls, meetings, and property visits.
Understand client requirements and present tailored property options highlighting lifestyle and investment value.
Deliver professional property tours and a high-standard client experience.
Identify new business opportunities in residential and investment real estate.
Build strong relationships with HNWIs, overseas investors, and corporate clients.
Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, digital channels, and industry events.
Set monthly and quarterly sales goals and drive efforts to exceed them.
Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and brand awareness.
Represent Shiv Realty at exhibitions, conferences, and real estate networking events.
Use CRM systems to manage leads, track interactions, and optimise sales performance.
List and promote properties using portals like Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
Provide insights on client preferences and market trends to improve sales strategy.
