Key Performance Areas:
1. Business Performance
- Handle the switchboard efficiently.
- Type letters, faxes, quotations, evaluation certificates, pro-forma invoices, and other correspondence.
- Sorted and distributed faxes/email messages to the relevant departments promptly.
- Ensure that customers’ calls are attended to in a timely manner.
2. Customer Focus
- Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction and retention at all times.
- Focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
- Communicate professionally with customers and callers.
- Maintain quality of service and customer satisfaction consistently.
3. People Development and Teamwork
- Support the overall objectives of the department.
- Encourage and maintain a high level of team spirit within the department.
- Work as a team member, assisting and supporting colleagues and other departments to achieve shared goals.
- Participate actively in unit-specific projects and cross-divisional initiatives.
- Attend, participate in, and contribute to team meetings.
