We are looking for a dedicated and professional individual to join our team. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Performance Areas:

1. Business Performance

  • Handle the switchboard efficiently.
  • Type letters, faxes, quotations, evaluation certificates, pro-forma invoices, and other correspondence.
  • Sorted and distributed faxes/email messages to the relevant departments promptly.
  • Ensure that customers’ calls are attended to in a timely manner.

2. Customer Focus

  • Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction and retention at all times.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and callers.
  • Maintain quality of service and customer satisfaction consistently.

3. People Development and Teamwork

  • Support the overall objectives of the department.
  • Encourage and maintain a high level of team spirit within the department.
  • Work as a team member, assisting and supporting colleagues and other departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Participate actively in unit-specific projects and cross-divisional initiatives.
  • Attend, participate in, and contribute to team meetings.

4. Quality

  • Manage personal schedule and productivity effectively.
  • Maintain the highest levels of personal integrity, work standards, and business ethics.
  • Take initiative and offer suggestions to improve service standards and quality.
