We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and perform a variety of administrative support tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting rooms
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
- Handle inquiries and resolve or escalate complaints or issues
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (e.g., visitor logbook, ID badges)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Dependable and punctual
