Front-Desk Duties: Greet and welcome visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, and manage the reception area to ensure it's tidy and presentable.
Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails, manage email correspondence, and deliver messages to appropriate personnel. English fluency is mandatory.
Administrative Support: Perform data entry, maintain filing systems and databases, assist with scheduling meetings and appointments, and prepare documents.
Office Management: Monitor office supply inventory and order new supplies when necessary. Support Staff & Departments: Prepare Invoice and payment receipt.
