Operate POS systems and manage cashier responsibilities accurately
Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain proper cash handling procedures
Use Excel for basic reporting, tracking, and record keeping
Coordinate with the operations team to support smooth daily activities
Keep the reception area clean, presentable, and welcoming at all times
Assist in resolving minor customer concerns in a calm and professional manner
Support the overall customer journey by maintaining a positive and helpful attitude throughout the shift
