Millionway General Trading LLC is looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Real Estate Division. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks to support the real estate team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain an organized and presentable front desk and office environment.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for real estate agents and management.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and filing.
  • Manage and update client records in the CRM system.
  • Provide support to the HR and sales teams as needed.
