HumLog HR is expanding its team and seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Recruitment Lead. We are looking for an expert recruiter who can not only source highly skilled candidates for the booming UAE Property Market, but who can also liaise & work with our high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

Sourcing and Screening:

• Source potential candidates through diverse channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and schedule meetings with hiring managers.

Client & Candidate Relationship Management:

• Ensure a positive candidate experience, acting as a brand representative for the company.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to sustain a robust talent pipeline.

Tracking and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
