Responsibilities

Regional experience:

• Ability to recruit candidates based in the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on talent coming from China

Sourcing and Screening:

• Source potential candidates through diverse channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and schedule meetings with hiring managers.

Hiring Support:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and extend job offers to successful candidates.

Client & Candidate Relationship Management:

• Ensure a positive candidate experience, acting as a brand representative for the company.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to sustain a robust talent pipeline.

Tracking and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
