- Conduct thorough candidate sourcing using various platforms, ensuring a diverse talent pool that aligns with the company's culture.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth candidate journey.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and organize recruitment events, including job fairs and campus recruitment, to enhance employer branding.
- Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement in the hiring process.
- Administer onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization and equipped for success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for compliance and reporting.
- Assist in developing recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent through social media and other channels.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and preparing recruitment materials.
