1. Recruitment Strategy: Support in development and implementation of Recruitment Strategies to attract the talent from the market and to retain top talent by offering market base compensation plan.
Identify and select professional Recruitment Agencies and create of pool of agencies to cover all needs of AKH.
2. Short list: Select professional candidates from pool of resume as per the position description and coordinate with the hiring manager to short list candidates.
Arrange technical interview with the candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for the position.
3. Reference Checks: Coordinate pre-employment activities such as background checks and reference checks, and pre-onboarding/onboarding arrangements for the successful candidates.
4. Report: Prepare monthly hiring reports and present to HoD to analyze annual manpower budgeting cost vs vacant and occupied position.
5. Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system. Ensure all recruitment process is compliance with company procedures and policies.
Handle special tasks as assigned from HoD to ensure deliverables are aligned within timeframe.
