As our Recruitment Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building a strong, diverse, and ready-to-deliver workforce across our service lines—Concierge, Housekeeping, Security, Leisure, Building Services, and more. You'll own the hiring journey from sourcing to selection, ensuring each candidate experience reflects our people-first values and operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and support roles across multiple departments
- Proactively source candidates via job boards, social platforms, agencies, and referrals
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on role-specific and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback loops
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international and local sourcing partners
- Collaborate with the PRO team to process visas and resolve government-related requirements efficiently
- Support workforce planning and manpower forecasting with operational leaders
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation for audits
- Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams for smooth candidate-to-employee transitions
