• Handle all accounting tasks, including financial reports, expenses, and monthly statements. • Manage VAT requirements and UAE tax compliance. • Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and LPOs. • Organize and maintain accurate accounts, documents, and records. • Manage employee UAE documents (visas, Emirates IDs, insurance, renewals). • Follow up on government transactions and licensing (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality). • Oversee daily operations, projects, and staff schedules. • Coordinate between teams and follow up with employees on tasks and progress. • Work closely with the secretary on daily tasks, reports, and administrative follow ups. • Ensure smooth workflow, proper planning, and organized operations across the company.
