2- Standardize recipes, portions, and presentation for consistency and cost control and secure a consistent supply of material.


3- Ensure kitchen hygiene, efficiency, and smooth daily operations.


Operations & Team Management


1- Supervise front and back-of-house teams; schedule, train, and retain top talent.


2- Maintain seamless service coordination between kitchen and floor staff.


3- Implement SOPs for service, prep, cleanliness, and reporting.


Business & Brand Growth


1- Collaborate on marketing campaigns, promotions, and influencer activations.


2- Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor trends to guide business decisions.


3- Provide monthly operational and growth reports to ownership.


4- Suggest and lead business improvement initiatives.
