ELC Toys Stores is looking for a hands-on Area Manager to oversee our Abu Dhabi territory. This isn't a "head office" role—this is a critical leadership position where you will spend 80% of your time in our stores, coaching Store Managers, driving sales, and ensuring every family that walks through our doors has a magical experience.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will have the autonomy to run your territory while receiving world-class coaching to elevate your own career.
What You’ll Do: Field Leadership (80%):
Spend 6+ days a week in stores across Abu Dhabi. You are the coach on the side-lines, providing real-time feedback and holding Store Managers accountable for excellence.
Commercial Growth: Analyse KPIs, identify sales opportunities, and implement high-impact promotional campaigns to smash targets.
Operational Excellence: Maintain 100% brand compliance, from visual merchandising to health and safety and inventory control.
People Development: Build a winning culture. You’ll recruit, onboard, and mentor the next generation of retail leaders, ensuring a strong succession pipeline.
Customer Magic: Ensure our teams deliver the "brand promise" through deep product knowledge and exceptional service.
Essential Requirements:
Experience & Background
-4-6 years multi-site retail management experience
-Proven track record managing store managers/supervisors
-Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment
-Strong commercial results and sales improvement achievements
-UAE retail experience essential
-Toys, fashion, lifestyle, or similar retail sectors preferred
-UAE Driving License Required
