We are looking for an experienced Retail Showroom Manager-Jewellery to lead our jewellery showroom. The role involves driving sales, managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a high-performing team in a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and maximize showroom profitability

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships

• Manage showroom operations, merchandising, and visual standards

• Oversee inventory control, stock audits, and replenishment

• Ensure compliance with transactions and security procedures

• Manage daily showroom operations and team performance

• Knowledge of daily market rates, weight, and making charges

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, VAT, and secure high-value transactions

• Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff
