  • Serve as the primary point of contact for acquired clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to maximize client retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Proactively address client concerns and offer solutions to enhance their experience.

Market Expertise:

  • Leverage knowledge of the UAE market to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Understand local business practices and customer needs to craft effective sales strategies.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
