Maintain strong knowledge of current interior décor trends, materials, colors, and product specifications.

Coordinate with the installation and operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Handle customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales support when required.

Ensure proper showroom display, merchandising, and cleanliness at all times.
